GDC’s DTS Surround Cinema delivers an unparalleled immersive audio experience and enhances low-frequency performance by redirecting deep bass tones from surround channels to dedicated subwoofers, overcoming the limitations of traditional surround speakers for seamless, high-fidelity sound:

• The GDC AIB-3000 16-channel audio processor is able to work with all major DCI servers in 5.1/7.1 and up to 16-channel immersive audio formats. It ensures seamless compatibility and premium sound quality for a certified DTS Surround Cinema experience.
• The GDC Standalone Integrated Media Block™ SR-1000 built-in DTS surround audio processor with surround bass management.

GDC’s DTS:X Immersive Audio Solution is highly competitive and fully supports SMPTE’s ST 2098-2 immersive audio bitstream (IAB) standard delivering a single interoperable audio format for theatrical distribution. With IAB, it’s now possible to mix and deliver more immersive content to DTS:X screens. GDC supports IAB for the existing and future DTS:X immersive sound installations, demonstrating the long-term commitment from GDC and DTS to enhance the DTS:X sound experience in cinemas worldwide:

• The GDC Standalone Integrated Media Block™ SR-1000 is available with an optional 5.1, 7.1 or 15.1 built-in digital cinema audio processor. In addition, there is an optional upgrade to decode 16, 24, 32-channel with the DTS:X™ Immersive Audio Solution allowing audiences to immerse themselves with realistic and true cinematic surround sound for a 360° audio experience.
• The GDC Standalone Integrated Media Block™ SX-4000 and the 16-channel Digital Cinema Audio Processor XSP-1000 are GDC’s first DTS:X decoding solution featuring  DTS:X immersive audio technology.

GDC has launched a slat of audio cinema products for your sound system configuration including:

• The GDC AE-6703 AES67 Converter enables seamless integration between legacy and networked cinema audio systems. It supports 64-channel concurrent conversion with AES67 multicast compatibility and software-configurable settings for flexible deployment in modern digital cinema environments.
• The GDC Audio IO (Input-Output) Box AIB-2000 offers a built-in 8-channel premium quality DAC, to interface with external audio equipment such as analog ampliers, booth monitor, microphone, and media players. At the same time, AIB-2000 is a network product, which allows switching of input sources via Ethernet.
• The GDC DAC Series offers five digital-to-analog audio converters (DAC) models [8-/12-/16-/24-/ and 32-channel] designed to interface with the SR-1000 Integrated Media Block™.
