GDC Technology Teams Up with Strong Technical Services to Expand Service Network in the U.S.
Technical support staff from Strong Technical Services has undergone extensive training by GDC to prepare for this initiative. Through its world’s second largest installed base of digital cinema servers, GDC has acquired extensive technical knowledge and experience required to train engineers for servicing its products. GDC’s service training program provides engineers hands-on training including everything from site survey and installation to service, troubleshooting and maintenance. GDC also maintains an expanding library of technical documentation that includes detailed manuals, troubleshooting guides and multimedia presentations. To ensure peace of mind for its customers, GDC servers can be remotely monitored by service centers at Strong Technical Services via Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP).
