Responsibilities:
- Provide helpdesk support to internal users and PC software and hardware installation
- Perform daily data backup, system health checking and user account administration
- Support and trouble-shooting Linux, Windows, Mac and mobile devices
- Update MIS documents & inventory
- Assist in any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree / Diploma in Computer Science or related disciplines
- Minimum 1 year working experience in supporting Linux/Windows and MS Office
- Knowledge of deploying system management and administration
- LPI/MCSE/CCNA certificate holder is preferable but not compulsory
- Strong in computer hardware knowledge
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Fresh graduate is also welcome
