Responsibilities:
- Assist MIS Manager on software application related projects, especially on EPICOR ERP implementation, development, optimization and maintenance
- Understand users requirements from business perspective, identify potential solutions, document the agreed requirements and follow up on projects to ensure delivery
- Carry out system testing and configuration in the implementation cycles
- Prepare training material and provide training to users
- Perform trouble-shooting and ongoing application support
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Computer Science or Information Technology or related
- At least 3 years’ experience in EPICOR implementation and development
- Good knowledge of C/AL, .NET, C#, SQL query, MS SQL Servers and Databases
- Experience in manufacturing environment is an added advantage
- Be able to meet deadline, be creative in problem solving, good at interpersonal skill plus with strong business sense
- Good written and spoken communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, including business writing are preferred
