GDC signs a d-cinema deployment deal with leading Japanese film distribution company, Toho Co., Ltd.

Tokyo (July 12, 2011) – GDC Technology (“GDC”), a world leading digital cinema solution provider, is pleased to announce today the signing of a digital system agreement with Toho Co., Ltd. (“Toho”), a leading Japanese entertainment company involved in film distribution.

 

Under the non-exclusive agreement, Toho will pay usage fees for any of its exhibitors signed up with GD and its partners. The agreement solely applies to equipment installations carried out before 31 March 2014, and is limited to Japan.
