GDC Technology Appoints Bernard Collard as Senior Vice President, Sales & Business Development, EMEA
CinemaCon, Las Vegas, April 15, 2026 – GDC Technology today announced the appointment of Bernard Collard as Senior Vice President of Sales & Business Development for the EMEA region. In this role, Collard will work closely with GDC’s regional team including Sachin Shetty, Executive Director for EMEA to drive sales initiatives and develop marketing strategies that promote the next generation of immersive cinema based on the DCI HDR cinema standard, while delivering greater value to existing clients.
With over 25 years of experience in the cinema industry, Collard brings deep industry expertise and a broad global network. He will help unlock new business opportunities in LED display technology across various stakeholders, strengthen partnerships throughout EMEA, and support GDC’s long-term growth strategy.
There remains significant opportunity to upgrade projection and sound systems, as well as to support new builds or renovations with premium cinema LED screens. Collard is thrilled to join GDC to transform the moviegoing experience and provide alternative solutions tailored specifically to the EMEA cinema market.
Prior to his appointment at GDC, Collard served as Director of Sales & Business Development at Strong MDI, a leading provider of cinema screens.
