Responsibilities:

    • Provide helpdesk support to internal users and PC software and hardware installation
    • Perform daily data backup, system health checking and user account administration
    • Support and trouble-shooting Linux, Windows, Mac and mobile devices
    • Update MIS documents & inventory
    • Assist in any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

    • Bachelor Degree / Diploma in Computer Science or related disciplines
    • Minimum 1 year working experience in supporting Linux/Windows and MS Office
    • Knowledge of deploying system management and administration
    • LPI/MCSE/CCNA certificate holder is preferable but not compulsory
    • Strong in computer hardware knowledge
    • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
    • Fresh graduate is also welcome
