Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for the planning and coordinating digital & eCommerce projects and teams to support company growth
    • Interested in developing website design and content with Shopify / WordPress / WIX backend
    • Manage social media platforms including YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram
    • Hands-on experience to create layouts with stock photos, canva, mail chimp for Facebook posts, IG posts and email marketing
    • Collect market intelligence, benchmark and understand trends to provide recommendations and evaluation on new technologies for digital marketing
    • Develop a product seeding and social media strategy in order to reach out to the relevant editors, KOLs, influencers and maximize exposure and visibility in overseas markets
    • Track and analyze the website and campaign traffic flow and provide regular internal reports
    • Define SEO / SEM strategy and implement at reasonable price
    • Responsible for the production of marketing materials including artworks development, script writing for brochures, presentations, etc.
    • Support marketing team in PR tasks such as editing and proof-reading releases and distributing press releases
    • Source vendors and manage inventory and distribution of marketing materials and premiums
    • Responsible for maintaining daily marketing expenses records
    • Handling ad hoc duties assigned by superiors

Requirements:

    • Recent graduates with exceptional profile or Chinese citizens with outstanding international or Hong Kong work experience are welcome to apply
    • Passionate about digital online tools and technology. Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
    • Knowledge in website management, eDM formulation and distribution, social media and digital marketing is preferred
    • Knowledge in e-commerce platforms e.g. Amazon, Google Shopping, Facebook Shops and eBay is preferred
    • Hands-on campaign management experience for key paid marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.) is preferred
    • A highly motivated self-starter with good planning and time management skills to meet tight deadlines and able to maintain a “can-do” mind-set
    • Proficient in proofreading, translation and editing in both English and Chinese
    • Strong organizational, prioritization and communication skills; must be a “people-person” and well-versed in communicating with international parties
